Even though it was maybe 5 years old when I ran it on my old laptop, I didn't even get to use the max settings. Some games just beg to be played on PC. However the kinda investment over a 10 year period required for a good PC rig vs the investment in a console it's hundreds of dollars I just don't have.

I kinda agree with both of you actually. For me SNES Shadowrun got the the mood and feel of walking around a fantasy cyberpunk world, with a much better running story line in it.
