When you visit, ask them what they would expect of you.  My sister got a wedding planning book before her wedding and it had a list of who does what on the day of the wedding.  For the maid of honor (me), the list had about 600 things.  For the best man, it said basically "make sure the groom doesn't zip up his wiener…

Congrats!  I did my longest run ever, 2.75 miles, on Sunday and I'm going to try for 3 miles tonight.  Here's hoping I don't have another weird injury or illness before I get to a 5k!
