I actually did get lost on my way to work a few times when I was in my third year of working in the same place.  I was taking this medication that, as it turns out, makes your brain not work at all.  And I was still probably smarter than your coworkers!

I felt GREAT yesterday after a 2.25 mile run!  I felt like I could've kept going!  It was my first really good run since I was sick at the beginning of the month.

Understandable!  I reneged on my policy once with the guy who, as I discovered, grew weed in his closet.  I will not be going against that policy again.
