Fun fact - "Lisey's Story" was released in Germany as "Love". Because the word "story" would be confusing to the non-english audience? "Misery" was released as "Sie" ("she") to capitalize on the success of "it". No "he" so far but that can't be far behind.

Yes, Roth even did interviews saying how in the movie the zombies (or whatever) are gonna be so brutal and bloodthirsty. In other words, he would turn the novel into the oposite of what it was. I guess he got too busy mutilating genitalia to direct "cell" and now I don't think it even has an imdb entry anymore.

Well, you might be right about "from a buick 8" (I did read it but fuck if I remember anything about it. Orphan plays with his dad's patrol car in a cop station? Something like that?) but "cell" was totally awesome! I am so glad Eli Roth didn't get to turn it into a shitty movie.

Few things make me as happy as a new King novel. This does sound like something that I will really enjoy while I read it and then never think about until it gets turned into a tv mini-series about which I will complain that it never really captured the mood of the novel and dumbed it down big time. Also the leads,

There are people who try to force Morrissey onto you?
Does that happen outside of highschool/college?
There are people who don't respect the influence The Smiths have on modern music?
Do they also not accept that the world is not flat?
All those questions… A really smart and time-saving way to answer each and every one

Morrissey the person sucks for sure. And not in the good way.
But Morrissey the musician is amazing.
The fact that someone from "anthrax" hates Morrissey's voice just makes it even more listenable to me. Not that someone from "anthrax" couldn't be a decent person. What with me not knowing them personally and all. But

…then her father takes care of the bodies. Comes in real handy to have a taxidermist in the family. The reason why we haven't seen her room all season is that it is full of dolls that are, let's say, a little bit more realistic than your average Ken and Barbie. More anatomically correct too. When we finally have a

I hate when women do that! Them with their dirty pillows and all of that stuff!

That would certainly match my state of mind when I'm watching the show.

Uhm… you guys DO realize that obviously Emma killed the teacher! Dancing to Chris De Burgh (teenagers do that?) with Norman finally put her over the edge and you know she wouldn't leave him stranded at the dance miles from his home. It was raining after all! You don't want to get your loved ones all wet! (Well…) So of

Her bouncing on the bed, trying to hide the gun. That was pure genius.

Personally I could watch Vera Farmiga burst into a police station and shouting at people every week for at least 30 minutes.

I enjoy this album so much. I mean… "contact"… that is so much fun! Fun probably is the best word to describe this album. Listening to it has made me extremely nostalgic for the kind of entertainment that reminds me of the late 70s/early 80s so I have been hunting for reasonably priced copies of Serpieri's "Druuna"

Both Jay and Gloria and Claire and Phil have had several romantic plots. Just look at the valentines day episode which had the 2 straight couples trying to fuck each other while the two bachelors were… I can't remember, but I guess they did some gardening or took Lily to dance class or something.

They must have gotten banned from their bedroom too, although I can't imagine those two doing anything in there that even gets near incredibly offensive territory.

Actually I was hoping that guy would turn to me and say "now that we are alone - how are we gonna pass the time?"

I think she's doing the best she can considering the material she has to work with.

Or space it out. One episode a week and you have Twin Peaks be a major part of your life for almost a year. How awesome would that be. I am jealous!

I am hoping so much that these characters will be just ordinary guys who happen to be gay, and not the same old stereotypes that we have seen so many times. A show like that HAS to happen eventually, right? Call me the eternal optimist. You'd be lying though.

2 or 3 times he's been on screen. Always weirdly hostile. I had him picked as the season finale murder victim but considering that we haven't seen him in ages I might have been wrong.
