Howzabout Gloria Estefan and Bo Bice?  Jerry Rice?  Heidi Fleiss?

I like that the confrontation in the truck, and the episode as a whole, was largely unpredictable.  Just like the daughter's joke, we might've seen setups like this previously, but once it gets to the Gorilla (or the "you gotta eat me out" fight), we don't see the hairpin turn coming.   The daughter's punchline being

yes, she thinks Naive is a brand of douche.  That was so perfect, i couldn't believe it wasn't edited out.

Totally.  I was expecting the usual "they both go over the edge" routine we've seen before in this story. Just because he's so awesome, I'm kinda hoping Moriarty's not dead, either - squibs and whatnot.  But that would be kinda cheap, and a definite double-cheat.

ok, so PBS is editing these?  10 minutes, gone?  I guess i'll just wait a few weeks/months and hit'em on Netflix, without the suddenly-Irish Alan Cumming intros.

He was the best thing in Congo - his one scene where he's coordinating the planes at the airport and explaining all the political turmoil the team has to dodge.  The way he delivers what is plain exposition is somehow utterly hilarious.

Seriously, they couldn't have gotten Andy Daly for the school board president (or whoever that whiteboy was that expelled them)?

Yeah, a Belz-cameo would've been too much.  Unless, he was what?  One of the janitors?  Or, maybe a quick scene where Annie calls the real cops, and he tells her to quit bothering him?

Abed was dressed like Anthony Anderson.  Who was Troy?  Chris Noth, with the leather jacket?

That man sure can sell a straight line.  The Dean can't, but that's not why he's there.

Mine too.  And the Clip Show from last season was my previous favorite.  This is why i take Todd with a grain of salt.

yeah, totally classic L&O ending scene.   Either had to be that, or McHale and Brie sitting down to dinner in a nice place, pitying the fool they just put away.

ever since the station sold, they laid off ALL the older (not *that* old) anchors and reporters, and replaced them with worthless kids out of college.  I'm not that old, i just like someone who knows how to pronounce "La Jolla" correctly.

arrrrgghh!!!  My local NBC affiliate is pre-empting Community for some "Pre-look at the Olympics" bullshit! And at 7:30, a paid commercial by the local IBEW.  Wonderful!!

…and then it went from good to AWESOME.

totally.  This episode was hilarious, especially if you've ever had a "fun day" ruined by dumbasses in a tour group.  Who tells strangers their life story?  Oh, only everyone on a tour group (or a float trip, or next to you on the plane/train/bus).   Or stupid humor by tour guides that *everyone* laughs at, and not

Don't forget the Meth dealer and his KATANA!
