A bit of a stretch is putting it mildly, to say the least. And that's what's so frustrating. In his rush to post first, he rarely has anything to say that's actually thought out and on point.

I can see why you'd say that, based on my previous comment. But the guy's posts just honestly drive me nuts. He's so obsessed with posting on here first without any concern for whether or not he actually has anything useful to say, and it got old a long time ago.
Yeah, you know those short attention span kids with their love of "The Master" and "There Will be Blood"! Can't stand 'em!
I hate you. Does that count?
Remember when she showed up in the second episode of "Veronica Mars" playing an erstwhile femme fatale? It almost made me stop watching.
I watched this with a group of friends, and when that end title card popped up, the entire room absolutely exploded.
It didn't, and Mitchell explained how it didn't in detail. You can go look it up, if you're so inclined.
Oh, man. I didn't understand what it meant to hate watch something until I tried that show. I've never seen such a consistent waste of across-the-board talent.
I just find it amusing that this site has actually taken her seriously on more than one occasion. A writer on this site actually, and with a completely straight face, described her as "the multifaceted model, actor, author, and designer Amber Rose." But when Amazon tells you that costumers who bought Rose's "book"…
He also gave a B+ to "Unfriended," which caused a collective jaw drop around these parts. However, after watching that film, I am totally on board with his review. It was the best horror film I've seen in a long time.
Compared to her other post-"Veronica Mars" work, this looks like Oscar bait. Let's review:
They're not even trying to be different. The font in the trailer is the same one used on the "Hunger Games" posters.
Maybe it's because it's late or because I just finished watching 11.22.63, but this sentence struck me oddly: "Five months after Crisis was shot, so was Kennedy." The double meaning is jarring.
This is the most appropriate reposted comment I've ever seen. What is this garbage video player that this site is using?
I know. The writers for this site have such a weird obsession with continually praising a film that really brings nothing of significance to the genre.
Don't you dare slap that label on Audrey.
I really wanted to like "Sleeping with Other People," but I found it no better than a middle-of-the-road feature. For the "S" runner-up, you can't do much better than "The Shop Around the Corner" (1940), and "Crazy, Stupid, Love" (2011) is a stronger film than "The Cutting Edge."
If you haven't yet read it, I recommend checking out Eddie Muller's book "Gun Crazy: The Origin of American Outlaw Cinema." It's now in print in America after being included with a beautiful French blu-ray edition of the film—which is also, appropriately enough, the only country that has officially released it on…
I was responding to the episode review, not your post specifically.
Can we please stop seeing these new episodes described as "fanservice" stories? Being self-referential does equate with fanservice.
