Honestly, I too am surprised by the hate Into Darkness.
I wasn't particularly impressed with it, but but its a mostly harmless film that doesn't seem worth all the hate.

This was a brutal hour of television and the twist at the end left me shaken like no other episode of television has done for me this year.
