That was the instance where I realized that's probably what got it delayed.

I was thinking of doing that, but then I did a top 20 TV episodes and most of the shows I wanted to add to my top 10 but couldn't are featured on that list, so that kind of makes up for it.

Saw The Desolation of Smaug and seriously loved it. A lot more exciting than the first one and Smaug is now one of my favorite film characters of the year. Hell of a cliffhanger too.

The only real complaint I have is that James Gandolfini wasn't nominated for best supporting actor, but the rest of the nominations are surprisingly agreeable.

I have and I quite enjoyed it.

Miles Teller was ok, but I was really disappointed in Shailane Woodly's(spelling?) character.

The worst film I've seen this is year, hands down, is The Spectacular Now , which is nothing more than a bunch of indie YA cliches strung together with a lack of an actual plot.

I'm hoping that the show premiers around the 4th of July. It'd be really patriotic.

AD is going to air in the late summer, so I'm not sure about a Christmas special that season…
