I thought the Avengers cartoon was just OK. The voice actors sound all the same and the plots are rote. However, the character designs and animation are good, and the writers do a nice job of integrating several different characters and aspects of the Marvel Universe.

DC should've been falling over themselves to get him to take over one of the Superman titles in the reboot. That was a huge missed opportunity.
