I mean yeah, the trailer is cool. And Brie Larson is a total babe. But Jackson's King Kong (in addition to being probably the last good movie Peter Jackson will ever make) is already the quintessential Kong movie and we should all just leave it at that. Fuck.

I remember first listening to Swans several years ago while driving through the Utah desert. The music seemed to fit intimately with that setting, almost surreally. About to head to Moab this weekend, thrilled I have some new Swans to once again create a nightmarish atmosphere of doom and gloom. Oh joy!
