As far as I know the Kenneth Cole tweets weren't tied to actually giving any money to the Egyptians, the Groupon ad is. Yes, it may have been tacky, but their hearts are in the right place, even if they DID forget to put the url for savethemoney.org on the ad, which would have helped.
