There are better scales and calculators to gauge health based on weight, height, age, waist circumference, and exercise. I agree with you about Johnny Cash's "Hurt", but the unplugged version of "Down In A Hole" by AIC is, along with being one of my favourite songs, just so hauntingly beautiful that no other version could compare.
