The Nice Guys was really… nice.
People display a remarkable amount of ownership of Jessica Jones and a reluctance to let her go. The first time Bendis handed the character over to another writer, he said that reading the book was "like watching your best friend fuck your wife."
Are any of y'all watching Wynonna Earp? I caught the pilot and it looked fun, but I've been busy every Friday night since.
"Jon Snow will find a dragon inside the wall and ride it. It’ll spit ice instead of fire."
Somewhere in America, Jay S. is reading the Newswire and just giggling uncontrollably all week long.
Haha, this is wonderful.
I dunno. I think "shit" is a pretty accurate descriptor for Limp Bizkit's output.
God damn. Hayley Atwell's husky American bad-girl accent is the sexiest thing I've ever heard.
Hell of a good finale to a hell of a good season.
Man, I loved to hate Ward and Hive. I hope Brett Dalton rockets to the A-list after his great work on this show.
I imagine Celia is a devotee of Santa Muerte, the Mexican pseudo-saint of death.
You know, one day, Luke Mitchell is going to see all my Lincoln-hate tweets and then I'm going to feel like the biggest jerk in the world.
To put up with the bullshit in the main show, we pretty much have to be.
I ended up being busy that Sunday and didn't get home until late, so I ended up staying up until 2 AM to watch the West Coast showing of the finale. (I forgot to set my DVR.) Then I was so angry and disappointed that I couldn't sleep.
I really missed the Defiance reviews when those got the axe. To me, these reviews aren't about the authors' analyses so much as they are an opportunity to connect with other fans of whatever shows I'm into in a given season. (The reviews are hella quality, though.)
When he grabbed his gun to go rescue Fitz-Simmons, I tweeted, "Time for Mack to get knocked out again."
I'm way behind on this show, but it's a lot better than I imagined it would be.
It's a long land route, but that's also how Oberyn came to King's Landing.
Sunspear and King's Landing are major trade hubs, so it's totally plausible. A royal transport would probably be on the slow side, for its passengers' comfort, while the Sand Snakes could have booked passage aboard a faster vessel.
What I really want to know is how Nym and Obara got onto the ship in the first place, seeing as they were standing next to Ellaria, watching the ship sail away, at the end of last season.
