The only time I experienced guilt in an open-world title was in United Front Games' excellent Sleeping Dogs. Could Discovery be learning from Syfy's example? Syfy spent 2014 rebuilding its credibility and reconnecting with its original fanbase, turning out quality shows and earning record-high ratings.

I really enjoyed Ascension. I hope it gets picked up to series.

Poor Titanfall. It's such a solid game (despite its menus being generally bullshit) and it's a shame it wasn't the hit it wanted to be. If Respawn had delayed the console releases to sync up with the PC release, I think it would have been a much more successful title.

Ascension was pretty good. It ended on a cliffhanger, as you expect from any pilot-turned-miniseries. Plus, full-on, luxurious, Tricia Helfer butt.

Dukes Of Hazzard was a hell of a lot of fun.

Jay is the most talented member of the group. It's good to see him finding success on his own.
That said, I hope this show is really good because the other guys are great, too.

Gumbo is absolutely a Christmas dish. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fucking liar.
