I don't know. I thought getting Louis CK to just open the show with a stand-up monologue (in contrast to the musical numbers they did all throughout last year) was a refreshing change of pace.

There was something incredible about Cary's facial reactions in this episode. Aside from the aforementioned Diane eye roll, there's also that bit where Alicia wonders where they're going to set up their base of operations, which is followed by a sly look from Cary, and the Gilligan Cut to everyone crowding Alicia's

I guess I could imagine "Not at the table, Carlos" catching on, as well as "I didn't know they gave out rings at the Holocaust". Other than that, I'm not TOO sure.

Those are great, as are the ones with Team Cornetto and Dr. Who. It's so amazing seeing Matt Smith struggle while Karen Gillan consistently scores strikes.

This is so heartbreaking, especially as I just rewatched "Bart Gets an F" the night before she died, which featured several wonderful moments for Edna as she came to sympathize with Bart's insecurities. Just absolutely impeccable work, and what a human being she was! RIP Marcia Wallace.

Most of the time when Hardwick's name pops up on this site, the comments are usually full of reproach. To see so many people actually express some respect fills me with relief, but also a bit of uneasiness. I feel like this is a trap that the commenters are about to spring on me.
