I think the show, no matter its grade, is what it is (though thankfully they're not using Lily Tomlin anymore. I love her, but her scenes were a chore to sit through.)

Why doesn't NBC even try and hide the fact that they've only had one hospital set since 1999?
This set even popped up in Parenthood at one point (and I'm sure countless others) looking EXACTLY the same as it did when Laverne ran that motherbitch.
They could at least move the nurses station/reception desk.
