I liked the Moore movies but I also grew up on them.  I didn't know Connery played Bond until I was 14 or 15 and TBS did a marathon.
 
I don't think Moore can be blamed for the crazy directions they were taking the movies in during his tenure, but I think he made it work regardless of what insane situation they dropped…

I like Gyp, he reminds me of what it would have been like if Scott Steiner were alive and Italian in the 20's.

Gyp's not that much of a cartoon if you have met people that fly off the handle over nothing like he does.  I knew a guy who went to jail for assault over someone asking him to move his car.  So Gyp works for me based on the unfortunate people I've had the displeasure of knowing.

One thing I think is amazing about these movies is how the iconography is mixed up when representing some of the Universal Monsters over the years.
