I prefer Moon & Antarctica just a little bit over Lonesome Crowded West. I think it finds the absolute perfect balance between beautifully melodic and dark and disturbing. Also, The Stars are Projectors is the most incredible song they have ever recorded.

I'm with ya. "Feel the Lightning" is great! The album definitely feels more personal, which I think is a welcome development for DD. His best work is always incredibly joyous and life-affirming, and this album hits that sweet spot for me.

'Go Big or Go Home' also needs to be mentioned. The basketball game between Ron and Andy's teams, with Tom as ref, absolutely kills me. All three of the characters are at their absolute best.
