Old Bear….He loved the honey….He never even got to see my bee business take off!

"Fare thee well Jaime, you will always be friend to the bears."

Maya Angelou is black?!?!

Ya what in the hell was that? I read that sentence a couple times thinking I was missing something. How does your viewing experience possibly relate to Ghadafi's last days??

"During his long recuperation he taught himself to hear and feel pain again"

Homer's "Woooow…" after that line is one of favorite things ever.

Frou Frou, GODDDAMMIT

That was The O.C. You are thinking of Sia.

I had the same reaction. For a long ass record he doesn't rap very much. He is not a very good singer, and when he is focused he can be a great rapper. I don't understand why he wants to sing so damn much.

Agreed, I liked 'Will Do', 'Caffeinated Consciousness' and 'One' just fine, as well as 'Repetition'.
But none of them hit me like 'Staring at the Sun', 'Wolf Like Me', 'Province', 'Halfway Home', or any of their other undeniably kickass songs.
Nine Types of Light was a little too heavy on the mid-tempo ballad-y stuff

I love this band, but their last album was really disappointing. Just didn't have any of the energy of their first 3 records. Hopefully they find that spark again on the new label.

Yes. Ever since the Alive tour in 06-07 which was a fucking amazing live spectacle. After that people realized how great all of their music was, and since then everything they do is major news.

I hate-watched a bit of the Bachelor this past season, and I think most of the points you made would also fit that show. I'm trying to think of an even more banal, degrading, and just plain awful version of that piece of shit show, and it is literally giving me a headache.

He was untouchable from about '04 through '10. Tha Carter 1-3 are all pretty great, and his mixtapes during this time were amazing. Drought 3, Dedication 2, and No Ceilings are all classics.

Why go to night school?

Congratufuckinlations. You are a really terrible and boring person.

Seriously, how good was last season? Signal 30, Far Away Places, Lady Lazarus, and The Other Woman are all in my top 10 of the entire series.

That episode is perfect, front to back. A brilliantly constructed, self-contained story. The dripping faucet, Ken's short story about the bolt-tightening robot, and the utter humiliation of Pete Campbell. And it has the 2 best Lane Pryce lines of the series: "Chewing gum on his PUBIS!" "You are a grimy little pimp!"

The above argument in this thread is actually really well argued on both sides, and refreshingly devoid of hateful internet spew and name-calling. Good job, you fucking pieces of shit.

Immature? Yes. Cynical? Yes. Porn? Yes. Wait what?
