Am I happy thus far?
No, I'm not. I'm not the type to complain about the slow pace of Lost. Season 2 is my favorite and even though Season 3 moved at a glacial pace, it ended extremely well. This final season, however, is moving so slowly that I'm almost ready to give up with only something like ten hours left.

They have to clear the schedule for Secret Girlfriend, obviously.

It was quite a funny show and helped me waste a few hours in the summer heat. It will be missed.

I have a total non-ironic appreciation for the first and fourth movies in this series. I've never seen part three (though I hear good things) and part two is just awful. Bring on Fa5t and Furious….

Death Race indeed wasn't that bad. Anything with Jason Statham is somewhat watchable.

NOW Vol. 2 is probably the best one of out the entire collection. There are some solid songs there by some pretty respectable acts (Crow, Cake, Garbage).

"You get what you give" is a great pop song. If you deny this, there is clearly no point in acknowledging your existence.

The mangoes from the Philippines are far superior to the Mexican ones. When I was in SE Asia, I liked the Soursop and Dragon Fruit the best. The Asian pears are delicious too… so crispy!

My friend in Singapore *loves* the stinky tofu. I tried it at a night market and could barely get through a single piece before washing it down with Coca Cola. It was almost as bad as the durian.

No, carrying durian does bring on a fine. I was just in Singapore in December and January. That sign is just incomplete (many of the signs in Singapore have bad grammar/are incomplete).

Tasting Durian
I spent my Christmas break visiting friends in Singapore and they implored me to try durian. I'm sure they just wanted to see my horrified reaction when the awful fruit hit my tongue. I tried it though… and to me it tasted like snot and what a nasty poop smells like. It was truly terrible.

Mallrats may actually be my favorite of his movies, with Chasing Amy a close second. I feel like Jason Lee brings a lot to those movies. His performance is easily the best part of Mallrats.
