Based on the mess that was Zack and Miri, I'm inclined to agree.

That's a great story, and I'm sure we've all probably had experiences like that, which makes it even more entertaining in retrospect.
Yeah I didn't hear this wasn't penned by Smith until recently as well. It didn't kill my interest in the film though; the awful trailer did. 45 seconds of Tracy Morgan screaming "NO"? How about "No thanks."
Willis claiming to never have seen Die Hard
I can't be the only one who hates "clever" little nods like this in movies. Everything from the truly awful one in Ocean's 12 (also coincidentally featuring Bruce Willis) to hyper-aware "meta" horror films like Scream and its ilk… these little touches are just fucking stupid.
New Cult Canon: The K-Mart version of My Year of Flops?
Nah you're cool.
No seriously, FUCK YOU. It seems that every week there's another feature or article on this guy. Anyone here who probably gives a shit about whatever stupid goddamn thing he does probably already reads his blog. The AV Club has a hard on for him because he's a hipster comedian who once interned at one of their…
Sorry to hear that.
Half the movie is good, half the movie is terrible.
We can only pray she won't be.
This just in:
Aziz Ansari had a bowel movement. Better report it on the AV Club!
I'm sure we all hoped it would be "How to disappear completely." Alas, it was not…
"Big Mouth" by the Smiths
AV Club has finally hit the bottom of the barrel. Hating on Shaun White? For what? Being talented and successful? Seriously people…
I went to WizardWorld in 09. It was the first time I'd been since 03. The tone of the convention has really changed a lot. There used to be a bounty of free stuff. Now there's nothing. There were always a gaggle of washed-up celebs, but it seems like half the convention floor is dedicated to them now.
When I was teaching high school English, I actually pinned that article to my classroom board because I had a student who looked and dressed exactly like that guy.
Second-hand smoke…
…linked to second-hand coolness.
Fuck the haters. Bringing Out the Dead is awesome.
When I first saw the trailer, I had zero interest. My interest has grown *somewhat* since then, but I'm kinda burned out on the whole Boston scene. Seems a lot of movies are set there. And after the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celts, I'm really just ready to never hear about Boston ever again.
Yes, Liz, I'm at NIU. I'm done in May thankfully.
