Music memoirs are just like addiction memoirs, abuse memoirs, grief memoirs, any kind of memoir.  Really, any kind of book.  You have authors who do legitimately interesting things in a given genre and you have authors who play completely to convention and turn out lifeless prose.  The only reason MUSIC MEMOIRS are

'The Mist' was a fun creature feature.  I really dug it.

"The action then shifts from the spooky old woods to an abandoned broom factory, where the group watches tapes of their lost night in an attempt to discern what really happened, then suffer through yet another visit from a freaky backwards-dancing child ghost the filmmakers seem intent on making the film’s breakout

Had the same experience with 'No Country for Old Men.'  Saw it in a very small theater (granted, I lived in Idaho, so "big theaters" weren't really a thing) and at the end, everybody walked out dead silent.

I would like to buy each of these posters and place them all in my office.  Every time I look at them will be a reminder that I am a man-child who has no life.

At this point, what comes first, 'Ghostbusters 3' or a remake of the original?  Given the third one's track to the grave **insert ghost joke here**, the remake will probably win.

How about instead of doing eight different Stephen King adaptations, everybody just pool their mental energy toward giving us a fucking awesome adaptation of 'The Stand'?  Please please please.  I know they're working on it, but work faster.  I could die at any moment and I do not want the TV miniseries to be the only

Don't talk shit on 'Pet Semetary.'  That is classic B-movie horror through and through.

I'm not a huge fan of 'Cell.'  I read it when it was released, right before I stopped reading King completely.  When it comes to apocalyptic novels, 'The Stand' is Great with a capital G.  'Cell' simply didn't do much for me, especially in comparison.

His voice freaks me out.  Even though it obviously lost some of its range, it's still instantly recognizable as Neil Young.  He doesn't sound THAT different than he did in the 70's.  Can't think of too many older singers who have kept their voice almost completely the same.  Obviously Dylan sounds absolutely nothing
