Does Jonah Hill ever say no to a project?  Any movie attached to Judd Apatow?  Sure, I'll be in it!  Comedy about babysitter?  Sure, why not!  Buddy cop movie with Channing Tatum?  Sounds great to me!  Movie about baseball GMs?  I'm a fan of Brad Pitt!  Martin Scorsese film?  Resume material!  Whatever the hell

I'll be honest (and usually, I just lie).  I don't actually know what a fun point is or why I would run out of them.  I just assume that at a certain point, somebody will be like, "You want to go to this movie?  It will be fun" and I'll respond with, "Meh, fun points no longer exist in my life, wait for Netflix."

Think they chose the wrong summer to release this one.  I'm sure it will make money (so maybe it wasn't the wrong summer?), but the big boys are probably going to crush it.  No matter how many jokes Andrew Garfield makes.  Then again, Not Toby Maguire, so maybe I'll see it.  In the hierarchy this summer, 'The

Having just seen it, I'll throw my two cents in with the other 1000+ two cents that have been tossed here.  Lots of pennies.  I found it to be an enjoyable, fun popcorn flick.  Nothing more, nothing less.  If you are one of the four people on the fence about seeing it, I recommend the film.  It does exactly what it

But how can a movie survive without Robert Downey Jr. making light of a seemingly disastrous situation?  It's almost like they're trying to make some movie that has no Robert Downey Jr. quips at all.  What…a relief?  I think I'm feeling relief.  I will see 'The Avengers,'  which by all accounts is very fun and

Not knowing anything about comics is actually a reason to talk more.

It took me over a year to really get into 'The '59 Sound,' but once I learned to love it, ooo baby, I was a lost cause.  There's just something completely and utterly earnest to Fallon.

Twenty beautiful seconds.  I understand that you couldn't last longer.  We all have our flaws.  Nobody's perfect.

Meh.

I think after the breakout of 'The '59 Sound,' people were expecting something mindblowingly great.  Which I don't think 'American Slang' is, though I do adore that album (it more or less soundtracked a breakup that summer for me).  The strange thing about Gaslight is that for a band that does a lot of straight

I could see the overexposure thing happening, but it hasn't yet (me thinks), and I think Brian Fallon is a little too weird to let it happen.  There's still something joyfully exuberant in everything he's attached to.

On a scale of 1-10, I am 50 excited for this album.  Brian Fallon kills at writing vaguely nostalgic, hard charging songs with great melodies.  His side project The Horrible Crowes released one of the underrated albums of 2011 in 'Elsie.'  And of course, 'The '59 Sound' is one of the great albums from the last decade

Everywhere I turn, I see ads for The Avengers.  On my internets, on my television waves, on t-shirts of dorks who do not realize that movie popularity does not = you popularity.  This is a long and slightly cruel way to say, if there's any movie that doesn't need to bombard me with advertisement to the point where I

Ah, love me some Treehouse of Horror.  I'm a sucker for horror movies (both good and bad), and Treehouse of Horror gets so many little details right.

Jessica Chastain = prohibition era sexy scientist?

Did America really ask for a third Iron Man?  With the collective wallet, maybe, but not with my individual brain.  Meh.

Is this one of the vampires that Lincoln is hunting?

How have they not figured out that bringing Dayana into the boardroom is a failed proposition?  She keeps going in for "not really doing much," but at this point they have to see that Trump doesn't really care about that.  If he did, Dayana would have been gone a long time ago.  So you bring her in for the same thing

Rather than offer any new thoughts or opinions, I just wanted to fully throw my support behind "Like a Rolling Stone"'s open.  You know, because the song needs my support and might fade into obscurity without it.

Not enough light has been shone upon this project.  Please shine more light.
