I thought Morrissey looked quite comfortable considering he's Morrissey.

I was huge fan of both Prince and Batman (guess I still am on both counts) and while I was glad that this soundtrack existed I was never motivated to go out and buy it for myself. Listening to it at friends' houses was good enough. Not terrible, yes, but decidedly minor.

Wasn't he a bandleader? I'd say the front man is distinguished from the bandleader. Keith Richards, for example, is the bandleader; Mick Jagger is the front man. I just read it recently and I agree. Funny and horrifying in turns. Never saw a movie adaptation and I can't figure how someone could have thought to make that into a love story.
