That's the only one ringing a bell for me, too. Admittedly though, there haven't been a ton.

Absolutely! I know realistically it's a rights issue and just playing dialogue from 'Mad About You' wouldn't have registered with the audience (or been feasible), but the implication that she's actually laughing AT the theme song makes it even better.
Or I mean, ANY of that messed up meat-bride stuff…
Tonight's Penny Dreadful is on another level and manages to up Eva Green's game to even higher levels. Seriously, prepare to be blown away.
Final part up on Monday, which digs into the finale!
Andrew Kevin Walker's "War of the Worlds" aping script is great and had one of my favorite twists in it.
Remember that episode that turns out to actually be the story of how the Cryptkeeper's parents met and he was born?
This goes on MUCH longer and is fueled by the character's unexplained obsession with butter. He's straight up eating sticks of it at one point…
Following the return of "The Eric Andre Show" at 12:30am.
Your problems are also my problems.
The shot of the "stevia" dissolving in her tea was such an obvious nod that Walt gave her the poison, that I actually rewound the scene to see if we actually see him putting it in her drink subtly without it being noticeable (like the monkey in Community ACTUALLY stealing the pen on camera).
Honestly, more than anything I was expecting there to be a reference to Gilligan's film, "Home Fries" here but can understand why they didn't want to go meta.
I haven't seen anyone else focus on the pilot callback to Walter's cancer diagnosis and the audio being all drained out and "white noised", and the same thing being done with Skyler at the DEA. Beautiful stuff. And it still gives me hope that we'll get an "Out of Time Man" music cue next week to tie everything…
Honestly, this whole "blow up Grey Matter" thing MIGHT be a little more farfetched if people were extrapolating details from the first season only. The most telling moment is in the first half of season 5 where Walt reveals that EVERY WEEK he looks at Grey Matter's stock, and still thinks about what he lost, and still…
He also did ask the bartender to flip back. It wasn't just on the TV, it was one of many images being flipped past, and Walt asked for it to be gone back to. If a bar was just randomly playing PBS/Charlie Rose, I'd have been more suspicious.
I also thought about this. And it's fucking too weird to be random. Walt's given an entirely new identity, and it happens to be his wife's maiden name? At the least you think he'd have said something.
I briefly considered they were the same character. Briefly.
Anybody else really hoping for a re-appropriation of "Out of Time Man" next week?
Never thought of that, but that's almost certainly a degree of it, too.
Ever since we saw that power rifle in the season five premiere, I was hoping that this would all boil down to Grey Matter, and that Walt would shoot the place up over pride.
