I think it's just part of his showbiz persona now, not reflective of the real guy. I thought he was an actor anyway, not a comedian, so was confused by the standup special. I should probably watch it before judging though, I gather it was pretty tongue-in-cheek/satirical.

Yeah, but he was literally powerless in the Prismo situation, and only managed to escape through dumb luck, and then once he did, he immediately started doing his thing (indiscriminate destruction).

The Lich needs to remain what he is, an embodiment of death, fear, and destruction without a personality or anything resembling pathos. He's the monster who must be stopped, not a character.

Love the way he delivered the word "monsters"… he manages to be so good and memorable in what was literally about ten seconds of dialogue.

Probably just the Lich protecting his own skin. He's trapped in this form for now, and wants to stay safe.

Love how scary this show can be. You can almost measure the quality of a kids' show or movie based on how often it abruptly becomes terrifying… it's very important for children. I'm thinking of Large Marge, Judge Doom, ET, etc… It's good to teach kids lessons and morals and stuff, but I do think having genuinely scary

My first ever long term relationship was with a girl who wore a headscarf. She did stop wearing it eventually, but the whole time it was just the same as dating anyone else, really. We used to smile at people who would stare at us walking around together. It isn't always a sign that someone is conservative at all.

I love the bizarre implication that Hunt or Gather, and by extension Gold Diggers, and by extension the entirety of Kroll Show, is actually just part of Gil and George's show.

It's suddenly difficult to think of roles that I wouldn't prefer to be played by Glenn Howerton

Fighting his way through a move-frown on a fisting truck?

Please no. I'm physically incapable of feeling anything but love for Chris Pratt, and physically incapable of feeling anything but hatred for the idea of a new Indiana Jones film. I fear the consequences if this rumour proves true.

I bet that's the actual reason.

LOL

I think they should have had one quarter of the letters in "Fantastic Four" be on fire, and another quarter be all rubbery-looking, and another be made of rock, and the other be invisible. I think that would have been pretty "cool"

Or the scene in which Ben Grimm is hit with a de-ageing ray: "It's toddlerin' time!"

Although, various things in the trailer suggested to me that at some point there's gonna be a giant monster in the mix… bet it ends up an homage to this: http://img4.wikia.nocookie….

I assume that the old man narrating this, who you also see briefly, is Franklin Storm, which would Sue the adopted one. So the Storms as a family are actually black here, not just Johnny. Wonder how people will react to that… like, to the people who care about this kind of thing, is that better or worse?

Yeah, you can briefly see his arm stretch a bit towards the end, and even that little glimpse looks silly. I really believe some characters just will never not look silly on the screen, and he's one of them. Whiplash warmed me up to Miles Teller a lot, though, so I'm sure he'll do his best at least.

That is pretty lame. Couldn't they give him moving limbs at least? Never thought I'd be complaining on the internet about a Lego figure but I guess today is the day.

I don't know, the singing contest was one of my favourite parts of the episode. "Pleep ploop" had me dying. By the way, I'm a somewhat infrequent watcher - have only been regularly watching episodes since about 1/3 into season 2 - but I've always wondered, what exactly is Dr. Armond supposed to be a parody of? I have
