it really is only about who's publicist went the most overboard trying to get it

I gave this some thought (why they wouldn't deny, that is), and concluded that if they denied it was them in the pictures, they might have a tougher time going after whoever leaked them in civil court (if the person is ever caught).

No, I haven't seen those (I haven't been going to WOT so much this summer). I'll have to go back and check them out. Thanks! I'll have to pop by next Sunday and actually get to discuss the show

yeah, I didn't realize it at first, except that she seemed super familiar. she looks very different in her O'Brien costume than IRL or other roles

It really isn't "freezing" on me either — it goes to black on mine, too, but there is no audio, and it never goes back to the show. The strangest part is that it almost never does it on the first episode I watch, but does on any subsequent episodes I watch in a sitting. I guess it is a good thing in the sense that I

I just finished Rev.. I thought the last episode was really beautiful, and the whole season was a lovely exploration of forgiveness and also each human's search for their own meaning. I'll miss the show, but what a perfect way to end it.

hello my baby, hello my darling, hello my ragtime gal!

I'm on the 3rd episode of Happy Valley. It is excellent, and Sarah Lancashire is terrific. Definitely not a run of the mill police procedural.

I enjoyed Madd Addam Fills in a lot of the backgrounds of some of the characters in Year of the Flood, and their connections to each other and the other characters from the first novel. I don't think it was as strong a novel on its own as the prior two, but a definite must read if you have read the first two

Saramago is an amazing writer, beyond just Blindness (which is one of my favorite novels)

she's one of my favorite authors!

I read the entirety of Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam trilogy, and now my brain is kind of messed up.

dammit, now I can't unsee that resemblance! Don't you ruin Enver for me, McPickleshitter!

Enver is such a great actor, and pretty easy on the eyes, too. I can't understand how he didn't get a ton of great offers after Dollhouse. I hope this role will be more of a breakout for him

no, he said "what's that rattle?"

I couldn't watch anything like that ever. Just watching that clip up there made me start crying.

from what I've seen "what the hell is Sarah Paulson wearing?" is something that can be asked at any red carpet at which she shows up

an american commercial would cgi the hell out this and have the cats acting like humans. these are glorified home videos of pet cats. And they are awesome

I watched Nebraska this weekend. Half way through, I said out loud "this movie is so boring." But I kept watching, and I'm still kind of meh about it. I recognize that Bruce Dern gave a great performance, and there were parts about it that I really liked (the wide open spaces, certain character moments and scenes),

I hate to admit it, but I went through the same thoughts. David's work has had a really profound impact for me personally. But Richard was a great actor and a legend. RIP good sir
