100% yes.  There was even a stretch in season 4, I think, where it seemed like the show was going to be slightly better than awful. But then it took a dive and I felt comfortable again.  Once this and HIMYM go off the air, I won't have anything else to watch that specializes in super glorified wheel spinning.
