I also fast forward the Caroline and Stefan scenes, u didn't realize they were engaged until I read the comments on here.

I always disliked him.

As someone who never shipped Delena, fast forwarded through the original Sarah Salvatore scenes and likes this villain so far, I mostly enjoyed the episode. I was glad there were no kids and Caroline was mostly sidelined, but it's jarring how this show goes out of its way to remind us that it doesn't understand its

I've thought it was Wes under the sheet for a few weeks, but now I'm thinking it was Simon. Personally I would rather it be him than any of the characters we've gotten to know.

After every great episode, we get a not so great episode. This week character motivations were more about how things are working in the flash forward than making sense in terms of what's happened over the last few weeks. Anna being nice to Simon didn't, Laurel and Wes didn't, Michaela's sudden vulnerability didn't

Every week I ask the same question. Who is this show for? The writers/ show runner clearly don't have an answer and they quickly running out of time to save this sinking ship.

Dread was what I felt before I watch the premiere and two days later it's what I feel when I think of the rest of the season. Sigh

Sometimes I think this show doesn't understand the tiny audience it still has and then I watch an episode like this and I realize I'm right. But I do like Ben and that storyline.

Can I choose option 2? I know the show will never go the character development with few deaths route though.

YUP!!!!!!

Somehow I enjoyed this episode more than the premiere of TWD.

In episode 2 I was mad at Fiona and was ready to give up on the show, now I love Fiona and love Emmy's direction! What an amazing turn around! Ian is quickly learning about LGBTQ ppl :) Carl and Lip are becoming capable men :) Debbie is being forced to face the consequences of her actions :D Fiona is FINALLY living

That's what scared me the most.

I'm not mad about the deaths because I read the comics and saw spoilers, so I expected it. But reading something in a graphic novel isn't the same as seeing it on tv. And this episode reminded me AGAIN that the showrunners don't understand/ care about the audience. In one episode they made the most beloved character

If Stefan isn't t being holier than thou, he's being whiny, I didn't hate him this episode compared to what we've seen in the past. Nothing can make me ok with Elena's best friend dating her ex, I never liked Elena, but that's not ok.

For me Dexter's finale seasons are the biggest writing mistake of the past decade. But I know what you mean about Caroline and Alaric.

Before we knew this would would be the last season, I knew it would be my last. As much as I've loved the growth of Bonnie and Damon's friendship and her relationship with Enzo, I haven't cared about anything else on the show for years. When Elena left there was a chance for them to refocus the show on characters

Paula Jai Parker YAAAAASSSSSSS

This episode gave me all the feels! Anna's cries for help while the kids mostly ignored her until Wes FINALLY showed up broke my heart. Everything with Bonnie and Frank was predictable, but it was still perfect. Damn you FRANK! I still think Nate is hooking up with that lawyer to help Anna, because otherwise he's a

Best episode of the season!
