So let me get this straight…
A top to bottom clone of the band Underoath does a Postal Service cover and it sucks? That's no small feat.

Now I want to start doing blow
Her life just seems so fascinating. Maybe you need a kilo of cocaine to truly understand what she really feels. It's not her fault you can't understand, your Infernotainment (HA!) brain just can't comprehend the pain. You and Bach and Speilberg can all go straight to hell. Now you'll

Also, Good Burger.

"Unauthorized Biography" was a huge step forward from "Whatever." As for his solo stuff, his career if far from peaked as far as I can see.

I'm with Legface on his first part. If you trimmed around the rough edges on "Forever" you have one hell of an album. In truth, the only Wu album I never got behind was "Iron Flag." Wu was always a group that I thought always had killer songs that were so good that it allowed me to over look the songs I didn't really

But…
I like The Kids in the Hall, but the A.V. Club should officially stop interviewing them in part or in whole unless they have something new to talk about. It is always the same fucking thing. "We are so glad to be back together right now. Things are going great. Hey, remember when we hated each other? That was

Another awesome thing
Other than the aforementioned Colbert, Steve Carrel was on the show as well. Also, Dave Chappelle was one of the writers that wasn't mentioned here.

Actually, Eminem did try to create a fashion empire. You can find his clothing line at pretty much any Salvation Army.

The tred toward excessive narcissism in popular culture
I can't say that I am a huge fan of Eminem. Personally I think he made one decent album and had maybe three or four strong songs off his other works, but I have to disagree with the assumption that he is really responsible for narcissism in popular culture.

21
A few of my friends saw a poster for "21" in the lobby of a local theater and the first thing they said without a shred of irony was "Oh sweet, a new movie about poker." When I told them it was about blackjack, they just looked at me like they didn't know what the fuck it was.

OK
Now this movie isn't exactly my cup of tea and I have no intention to see it at all, but reading this review made me think of arguing with Nathan like Ebert argued with Siskel over "Cop and a Half." I would, but as I said, I haven't seen the movie. I only know things about it from people who have seen it.

I agree completely. It just sounds like the wrong people for the job.

That picture
makes it look like they were trying to remake "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" with the shittiest cast possible.

All the talk is making me want to give this one another shot. All I remember from it was thinking that it was mediocre at best and I remember thinking the ending was pretty terrible.

"Event Horizon" is definitely a movie that was a pleasant surprise when I saw it. I didn't expect much, but I was caught off guard by how good it turned out to be.

Since everyone is listing off nothing but every other movie Carpenter has made…
"They Live" truly is at best a decent movie. It has a bunch of good scenes and no really terrible ones. I guess based on that alone, it is a success. Definitely one of the five or so good movies Carpenter has made.

It is true. I am completely soulless. However, in other films I have been amused by Rube Goldberg devices and I find primates, talking or otherwise, to be simply delightful.

Wondering
I often wonder when a magazine pays an exorbitant sum of money for the pictures of a newborn "celebrikid" if they ever really make their money back just based off magazine sales alone; meaning the exclusion of advertising money and subscription discounts.

Quiet time
I was working in a multiplex when this came out and within a day of it's opening it had been moved to one of the smallest auditoriums we had. It surprised me since the move was done on a Friday night before even giving it a real chance with the kiddie crowd that comes in a Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Backlash?
I seem to be in the minority, but I not all that impressed with Gnarls, but that could be just some backlash related bullshit.
