Was just about to post this. I think it's suspicious they're both interviewed here in the space of a week.

The bits where he's just sitting at his desk telling long rambling anecdotes are always the best parts of the show. I'd happily watch an hour of just that, maybe with an interview of someone he actually wants to talk to.

He can also be really good at making people look stupid without coming across as overly mean or condescending.
