That ALWAYS happens to me on mobile now (never on desktop). It's fucking irritating.

Season 1 left me cold (and I was in the minority there) but this season is one of my favorite things ever. I feel the plotting here is better, the characters more compelling, and the cinematography, acting, music and sound editing are all on-point.

Heh, I referred to Camus above.

"own the decision" - when I saw the UFO, I was like FUCK YEAH THEY WENT THERE.

When it's gonna be the O.K. Corral, you've got to get your cowboys in "white hats".

I haven't gotten through all the comments yet so apologies if I missed this, but people above are debating whether the UFO is 'real' or just an untrustworthy storyteller's embellishment, and calling it a deus ex machina.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think there should be 1 more Gerheardt henchman after "1 killed accidentally by Dodd". IIRC Hank and Lou found two bodies in the Blumquist basement, I think Peggy got one of them with a blunt object.

Upvoted for Martin Gore - "Europa Hymn" (and its video) are gorgeous.

I liked Monomania a lot (I'd rank it second or third of theirs), but I guess it was divisive.

[bong gets rattled]

Upvoted for Lloyd Cole love.

I was really looking forward to it, they are one of my favorite currently-going rock bands, but aside from "Breaker" (which is gorgeous) and "Snakeskin" (Deerhunter's "Miss You"?), the rest of the album is just…meh.

Yours is the second rec I've seen for Strategy, and I finally figured out that it's a different Strategy than the one that did Future Rock (and explaining why I couldn't find the damn thing on Spotify or YouTube). Listening to it now, pretty good!

Underworld - Second Toughest in the Infants (remaster/reissue)
Special Request - Modern Warfare (EPs 1-3)
Heathered Pearls - Body Complex
Matrixxman - Homesick
Scuba - Claustrophobia
Pogo - Kindred Shadow
Lakker - Tundra
Martin Gore - MG
John Tejada - Signs Under Test
Ghost Culture - Ghost Culture

Even the 'Mats-lovin' Goo Goo Dolls had more varied instrumentation/arrangements and dynamics - the Beach Slang is very, very samey (it's all LOUD, all the time).

Hey, I was just talking about this! Glad it's coming back. This show was really good I thought.

Monoliths and Dimensions is sort of their consensus-best I think, but I personally found that one dull too (and I generally like droney stuff, like Earth et al).

Man, as a longtime Deerhunter fan I hate to say it, but the latest one was pretty insubstantial to me. Should have shaved it down to an EP.

You and Norwegian black metallists.

Please, the preferred term is "sex-worker-frost".
