This is the season of the reality show dueling mustaches.  I want to see crazy mustache guy here (don't know the names yet) on a twirl off with Josh from Top Chef. 

Manny and Schmitt (from New Girl) are keeping metrosexual alive together.

Kristin said she wanted to make sure she had 4 people, and she might have (rightly) thought that Micah was more likely to go home than Josie for this raw food idea.

I cannot believe they kept Josie over Kristen. This is reminding me of when Jamie went so far on All-Stars for no good reason.

I am desperately hoping that Nolan is playing the long con on Padma.  When Nolcorp was purchased by Daniel, he kept mentioning a back up plan.  I WANT the backup plan to somehow be this Carrion program and somehow Nolan will use it to destroy Padma and Daniel and regain Nolcorp.  But I fear I am giving the writers too…

I guessed that Belle would be pushed over the line, but rumplegoldskin's response was the first genuinely moving thing that's happened in this show for me.

I thought this was a pretty good episode. Yes, the drama was forced but the challenges were interesting and gave the chefs latitude to shine. A bunch of Top Chef Texas episodes got Cs and this is far and away better than most of that entire season.

Just think - there are three as yet "unscheduled" season 1 episodes. How bad must those be if these were good enough to be scheduled.

I understand your problem with last weeks episode thematically, but this one was a bigger stinker for me. Not funny, and actually boring at times. I wish they had canned all of these season 1 episodes permanently.
