Sleazy.

Didn't Doug tell Ben that Adam died? Ben's reaction to the phone call was as if he knew all along that Adam was alive.

It would have been interesting to see what Adam would have been like after his ordeal, maybe a monster himself because of what he went through.

Here's a thought, the drunk brother did it. Keep in mind, he realized Bridey was sleeping with him and his sister. When Ben admitted to him he was not Adam, the brother was upset and later found by Willa at a bar and refused to talk to her. My speculation is he found and confronted the reporter and killed her.

I like the idea that Sweet is a decent man, accomplished Zoologist and that Dracula is using him and his body (like a possession) to entice Vanessa.

Because he's not one of those she seeks revenge on.

You know it will come up at some point. This is too good of a nugget to pass up. Besides, this program has shown that loose ends due get resolved.

Why is it that Dracula/Sweet also looks different than his minions? When Renfield first encountered Dracula, Renfield was horrified. I thought Dracula would be truly heinous, horrifying. In last night's episode, when Dracula was in his hide out, scolding the minion who followed Vanessa, he appeared as Sweet. If he had

One would expect Dracula's character to be more like Dorian, idle rich, no ties to anyone, no position in society. Has a gorgeous mansion on a gorgeous, prim, proper street, yet what goes on inside is the opposite of what the outside appears, a house of horrors.

Oh, by the way, the scene on the train where local yokel idiot warns Malcolm that Kaetenay does not belong on the train, what about what Malcolm says to the lead scumbag? Something about his inbred idiotic children? Great verbal beat down.

Agreed, the Lily/Dorian story line is just not doing it for me. Dorian probably had the smallest story line last year and is now taking a back seat to Lily and her crusade. The crusade itself, kind of boring. She wants to take prostitutes and destitute women to rise up against men? A sexist civil war? The three some

The idea of watching Hugh Laurie together with Tom Hiddleston was the reason I originally tuned into this mini series. Unfortunately, it has gone somewhat downhill after the first episode. Perhaps it's the way Laurie's and Hiddleston's characters are played out. Tom's manufactured identity is supposed to be tough and

Danny Sapani (Sembene) left because he was going to be in the show The Bastard Executioner on FX. The show was cancelled, but how could Sembene come back to PD now?

Perhaps the image of Dracula that petrified Renfield the first time they met could have been his true horrific self. To operate in society, he would have to assume an identity that is acceptable, that is the image of Dr. Sweet.

If Sweet was established as a respected Zoologist in London, why couldn't he (Dracula) have sought out Vanessa on his own? Couldn't he have stalked her instead of meeting her through that by chance encounter at the museum?

She told Victor that she didn't need any man to take care of her. However, she's living in Dorian's mansion and he's supplying her with her wardrobe.

Looks like we're the only two who have arrived yet. Agreed, poor Vanessa, will she ever be able to find true happiness? Didn't she look gorgeous tonight? The happiness looks good on her. Shame it won't last.

Have to admit I was a little tired tonight and may have missed something in the dialogue. Does Kaetenay want to help Ethan or have him suffer? Why did Ethan refer to the Indian woman in the store as mother? Lastly, someone has to say it, Dr. Sweet isn't so sweet.

The preview for next week shows that Angelique finds out what Dorian's "secret" is. My guess is Dorian will do her in.

This show is a feast for all the senses. Every aspect is impeccable. Of course the acting, directing and writing. Can not forget the set designs, the lighting, the scene shots and the incredible Korzeniowski music.
