Too your credit, I also remember playing with dirt. It was awesome.

You'd be shocked at what does or doesn't click with kids. Even among similar genres or artists, you'll get wildly different reactions. In a recent experiment, my 3-year-old started grooving almost involuntarily at the intro to "What Goes Around Comes Around" by Justin Timberlake, yet had no response whatsoever to…
The mein vein!
We already have Castle!
Well, I just accidentally upvoted my own post. Thanks Disqus!
Hot in herrrr was the perfect tune for its time. Don't front.
I've never heard this before, and I'm 100% positive it's a really old joke!
Oh… you have NO idea how true that is.
My 3-year-old daughter loves this song, so you're pretty spot-on in your assessment.
I thought that sequence added to the whole effect of it being a slow catastrophe. I was a teenager when it came out, but I'd never been exposed to just how obtuse and detached from reality turn of the century aristocracy was. It was pretty successful at driving that home, even to a young viewer.
Agreed. But something'll come up and I'll forget to watch. Just like what happened with that NFL concussion thing a few weeks ago. I assume they solved the problem?
To the nuts!
Thank you.
I can't believe I'm about to say this, but after originally knowing her as Sookie from Gilmore Girls, it really seems like she can do better than these films.
The tiny suit bit was absolutely fantastic. It made me want one for Halloween. Not that everyone would get it, but that it'd be really fun to head about town in that same getup and entertain myself/friends.
Is anyone else sick of shit like this?
It's a half-album. The greats are really outstanding, but the "art" was just a waste of my (then) hard-earned cash. In modern times, can you imagine ever spending $0.99 or $1.29 on "Bugs" etc.?
I've been mocked for liking it in the past, but I agree with you. It's just charming. I really think it succeeds at illustrating the friendships among the guys and the affection that they have for one another. The romantic subplot with Kyra sort of stumbles, and there are parts (dialogue) that overreach, but all in…
More than or less than Monkeybone references?
My wife is so awesome. She googled Jennifer Lawrence's age so I didn't have to. Then sent me a text telling me I was "ok."
