I think it was announced here, that after the initial screening, the producers felt Maya's character was so well received that the show needed more of her. I can't say I agree, but the analysis of there being two shows here is far better than my initial response: "Maya Rudolph sucks." She's actually doing a great job,

Don't forget: humanity, presumably to blame for destroying Nature, are headed to an era/environment where their only hope of long-term survivial is hunting almost all Nature to the point of extinction.

You're my hero!

I am not a "manly" man, but seeing other guys order pumpkin spice lattes just makes me shake my head.

Props for using tits as an adjective!

Yeah. WTF was that about?

My brother went as David Koresh one year. It was awesome and simple: polo tee, 1/2-tint aviator glasses, and a sweet wig. His finishing touch was a name tag for the unwashed masses who wouldn't figure it out.

I loved half of your post, and I'll begrudgingly cop to the other half. You're pretty much the sharpest skunk ape I've ever met.

Like reversible belts and mattresses you don't have to flip!

FACE!

They're playing a volume game. Out of 20 children, you're sure to squeeze out a few winners now and then.

What if I went to ISU and was just there for the concert? We still cool?

And if I had the previously mentioned Time Machine, I'd go back and slap myself for paying to see Rusted Root live… twice!

Nil Lara. My #1 musical wish for over a decade has been that Nil Lara would produce another album.

I hope this spins out of control and takes > 3 weeks to resolve, because this is GOLD Jerry!

Good point. But I kind of viewed this as a character arc, not a character flaw. I saw the second season as taking this hero, and seeing just how much he can handle. I kind of liked seeing him try and try to hold up, and I had lots of sympathy when he finally did break. Sometimes, you just have a whole damn year where

Oh Minka. Minka, Minka, Minka. I wanted so much more for you.

Please explain how he is self-centered and insecure? I got it from his angry rant about being a bread winner, but beyond that, I always thought he was supposed to be one of the heroes of the show. Then again, I often wonder if I'm self-centered and insecure as well, so ,aybe that's why I don't see it in Adam.

In Patterson, that's just the way things go.

Did he consult it when stressed-out? Like Doc Brown in Back to the Future 2(?).
