I haven't listened to the episode, who was running it?  'Cause if was Hardwick, of course they didn't have questions about the band, Hardwick doesn't know shit about music.  If it was Jonah Ray, maybe.  I don't know if Jonah Ray is "too cool" for QOTSA and Kyuss.  He could honestly go either way.

In  5 years, we'll all either be working for Bob Benson, or be dead by his hand.

@Scrawler2:disqus Harris Wittels is a Nick if I've ever seen one.

This, uh…this doesn't look so good.

Let's not forget Telltale is making a Fables game.  Considering their last game was The Walking Dead, this is something to be excited about.  And look at this screenshot!  This is actual gameplay!  This will move!

Majesty Shredding may have been their best album, which is insane.

Nathan Rabin occasionally completely misunderstood the plot of the episodes he was reviewing.  He's no saint.

You can barely tell he's on the record unless you're looking for it.  Same with pretty much all the guest performers, if you asked me which song was the one Elton John played on I would've told you it was 'Like Clockwork.'  Same thing with Dave Grohl's drumming; since he wasn't on 3 or 4 of the songs on the record, it

That's insane!  I hear way more shit-talking about Lullabies to Paralyze, deservedly so because it's not very good.

August 20th is new Superchunk, Ty Segall, and No Age.  On the same day.  that should be illegal.

This has shot up past M B V and The Next Day as my favorite album of the year so far.  I spent the last 6 years waiting and waiting for the new QOTSA album, and this did not disappoint.  I love every song on here, and it absolutely is the first album to follow through on a central theme since Songs for the Deaf. My

React to this: ALL YOUR OLD FRIENDS WORK FOR PITCHFORK NOW

You remember Chickenfoot were a thing, right?

I feel like Them Crooked Vultures were criminally underrated, that album was great!  It actually made me worried for …Like Clockwork, because I thought Homme might have used up all his good riffs to impress John Paul Jones.  Then "My God Is The Sun" came out, and I stopped worrying.

I love Era Vulgaris so much because it's so goddamn strange.  To me, that album sounds like recorded mental illness.  The opening punch of "Turnin' on the Screw" - "Sick, Sick Sick" - "I'm Designer" sounds like a dangerous escaped mental patient.  The entire album is just incredibly dark and FILTHY, and is so unlike

Oliveri also wrote and sang "Gonna Leave You", which might be my favorite QOTSA song.

Probably because they've put out 4 excellent albums, 1 pretty good one, and are about to put out another excellent one.

Yeah, I have difficulty referring to one of the headliners of Lollapalooza as a "cult artist."

Here's a secret: Queens of the Stone Age's big hits are legitimately their best songs.  Also their b-sides.  And the rest of the albums.

He's super hyperactive and pretty irritating, but he's also a kid.
