Unconspicuous

Feels like Beverly Hills Cop hit that mark already, but maybe not.

Yeah, but do his punches have the power of kicks?

If A Cure For Wellness really was a unique film, maybe they shouldn't have made the previews look exactly like Shutter Island?

He's upset the Tardis game piece didn't make it past the first round of voting, eh?

They might be one of the few left, if that's the case. Something in the terms of their agreement, I'm sure. Either way, I'm jealous. There are several venues in Dallas that don't do TM at all, but generally if they sell via TM or LN, you pay the fees no matter how you get the tickets (Season Tickets excluded).

Unfortunately, if they're a ticketmaster venue, they charge the same fees at the box office, since that's what they use to track available seats. I called and asked a local place about that last week, hoping to save $45 in fees on 2 tickets

Ich weiß es nicht! Betrüblich!

ahhhh, du bist aber klug!

I'm not sure if you're referring to the oil bad guys or the writers/director/Costner, but I'll agree with you all the same.

Oh man!! Another childhood favorite of mine! No wonder I freaking love Dennis Hopper. They're all crap movies, but damn is he entertaining.

Don't worry, it was hard to miss.

She loved it all. But it definitely feels like it should be over after the bomb explodes. Similar to Speed and the subway train, True Lies has one more act than it should. But unlike Speed, the 4th act is incredibly rewarding.

I'm sure I don't help my True Lies arguments in the other threads by admitting this, but I actually enjoyed Waterwold a ton when it first came out. Granted, I was 9 years old at the time. Also, having watched it a couple of years ago, I'm pretty sure it had everything to do with Dennis Hopper, and that's about it.

It's certainly up for debate, subject to everyone's own opinion. He's just much more enjoyable to watch when it's goofy action for me. Total Recall is a close second in my mind.

I could understand the sentiment for maybe T2 or Predator. But given his acting ability, he's so much more enjoyable when the movie accepts what it is and goes full camp. For that reasoning (and also 3 boobs, obviously), Total Recall makes a strong argument. The one liners in True Lies just can't be beat.

I just realized that's where I got "Dickless!" from when I yell it during road rage.

I got my girlfriend to watch it last month for the first time ever, and she loved it. But after the explosion on the island, she said "Oh my god, there's still MORE??" I told her it was worth it for the last sequence, and she admitted I was 100% right.

In what world are you living that Tom Arnold is "the" Arnold, and Schwarz is "the other" Arnold? Because that's not a world I want to live in.

True Lies is still my favorite. I don't really get how the writer here talks about suspending belief for Speed, but not doing the same damn thing for True Lies. It's so over the top, it passed ridiculous about 5 minutes into the movie. I will never stop quoting it.
