The show is different now. It's bigger and messier and even more pulpy. I think 3 out of the first 5 episodes they did a more than good job at balancing it all. This was some other sh*t, some "show, you doing too much" sh*t. But I don't agree that the show needs to be plausible.

Boy was this episode some messy melodrama.
It was actually interesting, if not entirely successful melodrama, but
as soon a that WTF shoot-out came along, it began to sink. The acting,
music, camera movements- everything was too much. Oddly enough, the Dana
storyline is what worked most for me here. At least the

Yeah, no need for panic mode. Next week will be the test.

What are the means? The ends aren't here yet. This show is perfectly ambiguous about the process of the CIA. It leaves it up the audience to decide what it right and wrong. It doesn't pander. I prefer it that way. One of the show's motifs is that the USA government can get away with whatever without any punishment,

Etta goes bye-bye. Fringe becomes legit again. Not a co-wince-sa-dense people.

I assumed with last week's episode they'd be a debate scene here, and while it was predictable it still could have been funny, but it wasn't.

Most of last season was a headache-inducing scrunge of horror cliches. This season isn't too off from that, but it does feel more specific and slightly more unified than the beginning of the debut season. Also, unlike last year all the performers here seem to get it. As much as I adore Connie Britton her earnestness

I can understand taking issue with certain stretches from reality, but this show has always been pure pulp. The characterization gives it some weight and a feel of reality.

It was generally funny, but it just lacked that bitter edge that makes these type of 30 Rock satirical work. It was also fairly predictable, from the type debate to the way it wrapped up. On another hand, Fey just needs to let her resentful towards Obama run free.

It was a good role up until this week. It can still be a good role.

At theend of the day I just didn't find the episode funny, but it was nice to see them used Garrett more. I'm using this episode came along for the sake of giving him more to do. He's been on the back burner all 2012.
