Anyone who thinks Janice shooting Richie wasn't perfectly planned out all season, especially on re-watch, doesn't get this show.

Six Feet Under won directing for its pilot and deserved no more. If anything SFU is under-rewarded when it comes to its cast.

The first season is still my favorite, followed by five, followed by 6b. The Sopranos had no weak seasons, even 6a has a strong first few episodes and a few pretty good ones after.

Some things I would have included. Some things I would have taken off. Some movies I would have moved higher or lower. However, Mulholland Dr. is number one. Nothing else matters.

Vito and by extension the actor playing Vito was the main issue with that arc. Also, it was handled in a much too sentimental way for this show, especially for this show in the latter seasons.

Hella late comment:

(A two year later response):

Nice bod. Cute enough face. But damn, it seemed every paragraph had at least one mention of his looks. There might be like 30 people on the planet who would be worthy of being described as "preposterously good-looking". Ryan's not one of them. Beyond the hormone heaviness of the article, I also think it's a lil

I'm never been a fan of Eastwood's directing. Unforgiven and 'Iwo Jima' are for me the closest anything he's made has gotten to greatness. Two good movies. Wouldn't consider them great. I also wouldn't consider them humanistic. Each of his movies have very basic characterization and easy sentimentally. Wishing for

Both Iron Man and Spiderman 2 made my top ten of their respective years. The Dark Knight trilogy was inspired but often bored me and each installment was plodding to some annoying degree. The Avengers movies have gotten better story wise but have also started to feel more calculated and lacking in personality and fun

I guess as a homosexual and as a semi Star Trek fan I should have some opinion on this, but I really don't. I'm just so damn over the remakes and sequels and sequels to remakes. I'm also over Hollywood sticking a "minority", barely fleshed out side character in a blockbuster here and there and calling it's progress.

I somewhat agree with this. Season one had atmosphere if not much else.

Shows, like movies and albums and books, feel different the second time, especially if you watched it live the first time and now you're binging the second time. Certain shows I was able to appreciate more on re-watch (Sopranos, The Wire, Buffy) some I appreciated a bit less (Six Feet Under, The West Wing). But yes.

Margaery was an opportunist, and opportunists rarely suffer the full consequences. However, she offered a slick, fun, unpredictable element to the series that I'm sure it'll miss. She's probably been the most consistently engaging, sense making character for the past several seasons.

We can block people on here?

I don't need meticulous detail. I do need some detail to give the drama some weight and build tension and flesh out character motivation. Otherwise, it's just a series of hollow dot connecting, which is what most of this season was.

That results of that scene was easily the most annoying moment of the finale as Davo's confrontation and Melisandre's reaction was pretty good drama. Jon's decision shows that he still doesn't think like a ruler.

That's something that's always frustrated me with ASOIF lore. These supposedly big ruling families are all actually pretty small.
