Man, two similar films in such a short time that I thought would be chuckleworthy, but instead turned out to be massive disappointments.

"Hide" is initially quite scary, no?
@avclub-33807fbc68d335db8080d3c10cb78822:disqus "You have selected…Agent Zero? If that's correct, press one."
@disqus_6VNmaHdsCj:disqus Really, no one?
@avclub-5cddb7f7763759b51382cce18d9c02cf:disqus touched upon a few of the things that I was going to say, but here are some thoughts on your critique:
I like it better this way.
I'm pretty shocked too. Those are some solid choices.
No worries. By the time the sores show up, he'll be so covered in Juggalo facepaint that we won't notice.
One is reminded of the The Critic gag where Ebert is interviewing Siskel replacements, and dryly asks one "you're SATAN, aren't you?"
What about some hilarious joke ending about how Walt goes into witness protection and becomes Hal from Malcolm In The Middle?
Same. Odenkirk was in the opening credits, so I was hoping for something like that during the end credits; similar to Under The Hood from the Watchmen DVD. I guess the team won't make it, but I am sure the internet will.
This is of course the Platonic ideal of series finales. I am sure Gilligan and team were pretty sore they had to re-shoot the whole finale after Dexter snatched that sweet plum from under their noses.
@avclub-fec1b8d3fbc08f27a84e5a334d45bb5a:disqus Well, I certainly prefer to have lo…oooh, potion. Never mind.
The A.V. Club
It certainly offends my girlfriend to no end. We both collect vinyl, and that's an environment where "your harpish shrew of a wife is always threatening to throw away your vinyl collection!" is seen as the height of hilarity.
@avclub-022199896b1f52952c180b60caa681bd:disqus OK, what if we go with "there's nothing wrong with wanting both stricter gun laws and lower taxes, but I do have to raise an eyebrow if
you also want to exterminate all Jews."
Yeah, why the hell are they laughing at "my new computer came with Windows 7"?
An episode I watched had similar jokes about how no girl would ever set foot in a comic book store. Fucking hilarious!
@avclub-6997a8bd0e1042b70b60c5c879a1780e:disqus I assume you just forgot the word "it", but I do like that it seems you're unsure whether you watched Futurama in calculus class for a whole week.
Nothing wrong with liking a wide variety of things, or enjoying something that is not "AV Club approved".
