Needed more Kriegermensch.
Needed more Kriegermensch.
I did! Now let me deal with this nosebleed in peace.
And by the way myself, did you catch that at future episode of the show involves a sort of bronie convention where Tina loses a prize possession and Bob has to go undercover?
That had to be on purpose, but was perfect as well.
Yeah, kind of got the "if it moves or is at least posable before it gets too cold" vibe from the books.
That was a very confident start to the season. Even more surprising was how much humor that got sowed into just about every setting. I really didn't expect to laugh as much as I did watching it. Plus it allowed me to use the phrase, "crucified children aside" in context. That's a big win in my little world.
That was awesome.
Tina at the track could be an entire episode. "I'm home."
I too have really enjoyed this season. The often almost audacious levels of meta (I'd be sorry for using that term, but it strongly applies) jokes make it almost impossible for a lot of it to work in syndication, which makes me think the writers aren't even considering the possibility. There's very much a in the now…
#midwesternproblems. Around here from around the end of March through the 4th of July weekend, tornados like to show up every 10 days or so. Basically, besides the stress they create that makes me drink, that means nearly every network show has a significant chunk taken out for the necessary, though often…
As it's between the end of March and the 4th of July, this episode (and Parks) was pre-empted by DeathStORm 2014 coverage. It's been awhile since I tried to on-demand any NBC shows. I hope they are available the day after rather than after a week or more.
I'm just glad the old bastard* is older than me.
Sue's immediate ability to mentally construct a soccer outfit from all of her other efforts was so very her as well.
Mixed in with the anarchist/hippies who thought the only reason money wasn't this easy to get a hold of was because of a conspiracy. My early tech days were spent at a company with a CTO who was a member of the Communist Party USA (who was often late for meetings because he was too busy checking his etrade account),…
Normally this is the most feared of internet days, but no longer! To sound like the old man I now am, that was a delight.
I love that the Krieger clones weren't just similar, but were exact down to the same beards, lab coats and ties.
Woah…there was an Uproxx TV post that wasn't just essentially a retweet of Colbert or Stewart or pointing out the evils of Fox News? Getting sloppy over there. Time for some editorial control.
The secret to any fine farce is the butler.
It's great that the show has been renewed, but even without that it has been just so cool to see Andre Braugher play that character even for one season. The way he and the writers use his deadpan has made Holt both unique and oddly limitless in what he can do because he reveals nothing in each reveal.
I suppose it could be that the dynamics tend to be mumble to shouting with little in between that make it a difficult mix. Still, it's a bit uncomfortable that it brings up thoughts of those ads with old people finally happy with their earpiece TV listening.
