Can't or won't?

That being said, I think the good critics are able to understand the perspective of fans, and say "if you loved all the other Madea movies, you'll love this Madea movie to," or "even if you love all of the Netflix Marvel shows, you'll still think this one is crap."

Obviously people who dedicate their lives to watching and writing about movies and television only do so because they hate movies and television so much and want to destroy it!

Just once I want the explanation for "the critics just didn't get it" to be "no, they literally didn't get it. Instead of sending them the first four episodes of the show we accidentally sent them the first four episodes of Viva Laughlin instead, so that's the show they're reviewing."

Teddy in the Belcher's apartment during that Christmas episode will always be my favorite, just for the line "that's a weird place to put bowls."

I'm not some kind of air doctor, but I feel like breathing through a hose that long (especially considering it's clearly looped several times behind Bob) would not be an effective way of breathing underwater.

And then the murders began?

I have had plenty of orgasms that did not qualify as moments of pure happiness.

Remember, kids: being in love doesn't make you truly happy unless you're fucking.

I can't be the only one who would absolutely do Ms. Jacobson, right?

Wait, a song where the only lyrics anybody knows are "Dance dance dance" won Song of the Year but not Dance Song of the Year? I'm starting to think that the I Heart Radio Awards are losing their credibility.

The Holy Spirit is played by Sumire Matsubara? But I thought Matsubaring was a sin!

Block Lives Matter!

I love that movie!

"There's a cello in your house now."

I wonder how many more TV shows AV Club could recap if they weren't instead so determined to review every movie that gets released in theaters.

They call me Mr. Pibb!

Probably something to do with that crazy gas leak.

If there was more than one of them wouldn't they be called Modest Mice?
