After the scene with Kirkman I was certain FBI man was going to be dead by the end of the episode. I can't tell if what ended up happening is better or worse than my theory.

Of all the ridiculous things that happened in this episode the most clumsily handled was how White House Lady could only explain a three-way trade in the context of basketball. It's the worst example of the "TV explanation" trope that always showed up on House.

Apparently in this fictional universe the FBI doesn't toss out damaging accusations against public figures unless they have actual evidence. How droll.

2 Gay 2 Function

I didn't know Verhhoeven had directed it and I never would have guessed. Starship Troopers is one of my favorite movies of all time.

Dennis Haysbert is always necessary.

For me she'll never be better than she was in "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls"

I hated Whiplash and I feel like I'd hate this movie so I buy the comparison.

Hot Shots Part Deux

I did a scene from "A Streetcar Named Desire" for a class when I was 12. I think everything about the scene went over my head and the only line I remember is "People from Poland are called Poles, not Polacks."

Or he got choked on a facial hair prosthetic that came loose.

I bet she plays the killer.

Kate McKinnon is going to end up on the list of players who changed SNL for the better. I think the only other cast members in recent memory who had this much of an impact were Tina Fey and Will Ferrell.

He's not. His mother had him tested (cue uproarious laughter)

Are there any white guys who talk about sports on tv who aren't deeply obnoxious? Mike Greenberg is definitely the exception to the rule, but otherwise…

Ya know, I can think of a different group of Indians who you might want to help out right now, if you're so inclined.

Don't give him any ideas!

The first half hour was awful but once it got to the actual plot I started enjoying it.

Everybody needs to listen to the JPEGMAFIA album "Black Ben Carson." It's part satire, part shock value, part genuinely good rap music, and generally wonderful.

I think the fact that they have to add 8 bars of filler after the "Immigrants, they get the job done" line because of how loud the audience's reaction is indicates that Hamilton has at least a little bit to do with the election.
