I can't remember if it made it into the film or not, but the Land of the Dead script had zombie rats.

Which didn't make sense to me. They live in LA. How much more 'out west' is there?

Yeah, I've thought that every season, but the brain stem idea seems to have been forgotten along with Darabont.

On paper, I always liked the Free Zone stuff. It was interesting to me to see them try to rebuild a society similar to the one that just ended, especially when you throw in the sociological insights of Glen.

They should have done a 24 style show, since it apparently didn't take long for society to fall into the shitter. If they ran out of stories or were worried about just repeating TWD stories, they could have spent each season in a different location with a different cast.

The one thing I'd really like to see in the Walking Dead universe, be it TV or comics, is how other countries dealt with this. Of course, I think it would also be cool to see how people on the ISS deal with a zombie infestation of Earth.
What I'm saying is, I have too much time to think.

In The Flesh was a really good take on the whole 'zombie apocalypse' idea.

I like to imagine that's what would really happen if Phil Dunphy were in charge of the escape route.

And that was the last time Zach Snyder nailed something. (But, yeah, he really nailed that.)

Did I miss the obvious explanation for why Alicia found the empty pill bottle in Susan's house? I assumed it meant Nick had scored some kind of drugs, but was it supposed to be the show's way of saying that Susan was in the house?

Have you watched The Walking Dead before? People do stupid shit for no reason all the time! That was Andrea's defining character trait.

And also, unlike Maddie, the only walker he's been face to face with was the drug dealer from the first episode. He may be dumb and annoying, but at least he has a reason to be at this point.

That's only because Rick is busy with… stuff.

Didn't the girls even take off in one direction, while Tyrese told them it was the wrong way? I figured they were going to grab the baby and then leave.

I'd say 'no tickling' would be a valid rule to institute during the zombie apocalypse. I bet if Martinez had thought a little more, he would have come up with rule #3: Ass, grass, or cash, no one rides for free.

She threw it to her new girlfriend to go play tag.

So, what was the deal with all the zombies in the road, buried in mud? That whole thing seemed like someone had set it up, since it wasn't wet and muddy anywhere else, and they all seemed to be in a close knit pattern, like they'd been herded there somehow. Maybe a road barricade set up by the ninja camp killers? Or

Except for 11 obviously trying to compensate for something with his larger sonic.

I just figured River giving up her regenerations gave the Doctor more lives. Or something similar that they'll come up with in the future.

I was wondering that too. Who the hell was in charge on that last day or 2?
