It also means they've never seen a Martin Scorsese or Wes Anderson movie.

So this isn't George RR Martin's A Call of Duty? (He got distracted playing video games, in between blogging about "spygate" and writing coffee table books full of Tyrion quotes.)
Tess: Sam, why do you keep all those naked muscle men magazines in your office?
Isn't it obvious? The song is called "The Best Song Ever" They must think Baba O'Riley is the best song ever. It's a tribute.
I kind of want them to rip off Boris the Spider now.
I was thinking, "Don't these kid's remember when that song was everywhere?" Every movie trailer had Baba O'Riley; American Beauty, A Bug's Life…then I realized that was 15 YEARS AGO. The fanbase for this band wasn't even born when A Bug's Life came out.
So besides Baba O'Riley and Less Grossman, the beginning of the video is basically the record executive in Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar"
Stop that! Stop that, I said. The nurse is giving my palm the finger, the dirty old broad.
I always confuse him with the other guy that did die. Brad Renfro. I Googled "child actors that died" to remember his name.
I'm just glad he's out there, spreading the word about equine herpes.
Based on their mode of transportation, I'd say Bill and Ted are the Doctor Who rip-off.
Even though this sounds just as bad as every other CBS sitcom, I've got to admit I really like that title.
I can't tell if you think I'M confusing Planes with Wings, but to be safe, I'll clarify: This Direct-to-video Planes rip-off needs Tony Shaloub, because he was Luigi the Ferrari-loving forklift thing in the 2006 Pixar film Cars (a role he reprised for 2011's Cars 2), and Antonio the cab driver on the NBC sitcom Wings,…
@avclub-89e8c84e17ca0dc6725e8187acc2ddc6:disqus Holy shit Unico. That was another one where it took forever to figure out where that creepy bubble wizard (that used to be a wooden robot?) came from. Lord Kuruku. I remember feeling bad for him.
Are you a boy or a jirl?
That doesn't make any sense. If he pronounces "GIF" with a hard G, he'd pronounce "Gigabyte" with a hard G as well. That question should be directed at the soft G crowd.
I thought that was Clint Eastwood. Although everyone gets two grandpas. Three if one's a famous jazz musician.
In all seriousness, someone should watch Planes and Wings and see which one is better (or less terrible, anyway). Even a D+ movie looks like Citizen Kane compared to it's derivative, low budget ripoff. But Wings has one thing going for it that Planes does not: no Dane Cook.
As a huge fan of both Muppets and Community, I really wanted to like it. I liked the wee little puppet man episode of Angel, but the puppet Community episode made me weirdly uncomfortable. And for all the Dan Harmon/Chevy Chase feud stories, Chevy actually acted for the first three seasons. It was painfully obvious…
Tonight on Wings…ah, who cares?
