Addendum for females: Don't wear pointy-toed heels when you go dancing! Or if you're going to walk a lot. Or at all, really, if you can help it. It's all fun and games until you look at your feet one day and think: "Wait, were they always shaped like that?" And that's before the painful foot cramps start (and just

Mid-40s here. I started working from home a couple of years ago and realized very quickly that I was going to have to do something else on the side if I wanted to avoid becoming a total hermit. Now I work part time as an extra in film and TV - just about the most social job a person could possibly have. Best decision

You should add that info to the article - I'm sure I'm not the only one for whom that is a far better option.

I don't know what circle of people you hung out with, but as a life-long Vancouverite I can say they definitely don't represent everyone in the city.

Naaahhh, too tired.

I saw them the first time they showed up on the Tracey Ullman show and thought: "Hey, that looks like it was drawn by the same guy who did those "Life is Hell" comics I have taped up in my locker."

Straight from the mouth of Dan Goor:

The minimum number of episodes needed to get to syndication has actually been lowered to 88 - so a full 4th season would already get them there.
Even so, I think it has a good chance of continuing on for a few more seasons - even its modest ratings are better than those of most Fox comedies.

I wonder if they avoid too much serialization because Fox often broadcasts episodes out of order. As it is, I noticed that they flow a lot more smoothly when I rewatch on Netflix - especially season 1.

You had one job, article.

Apparently they're all friends, too. Every time one of them is mentioned, I imagine them all having a nice dinner, and then one of them looks around and says, "You know what would make more sense?"

I did the same thing - read the original P&P immediately afterward and felt much better.

The way she couldn't resist teasing him about them, even in the middle of a crisis, is so Jake-like.

I liked how Jake's mom's laid back attitude toward everything - including an ongoing kitchen fire - helped explain how undisciplined Jake can be. Also, nice callback to his favourite flavour being "blue" - just like the soda in Road Trip.

I loved the way she was getting seriously into her "photo shoot" with Winston - she obviously misses her modelling days.
