The new Empire of the Sun album is out in June I think. Not sure I'd think of La Roux for such a list, four years is a while but it's still not a huge gap.

Also, with the new My Bloody Valentine and David Bowie albums earlier this year, I wonder who this leaves on the 'been AWOL/no new record for years' list.
Can't wait for this. Yes, I know Human After All was very disappointing at the time, and the
Tron: Legacy soundtrack was good but not really a Daft Punk album as
such, but Homework is brilliant and Discovery is one of my favourite
albums ever. Fingers crossed this lives up to those two.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Yeah it is, though my favourite albums of theirs are Things We Lost in the Fire and Secret Name. The Great Destroyer is also fantastic but is a bit of a departure for them (and as such is maybe their most divisive record)
I admire your ability to judge people based on their faith, as well as a psychic ability to know all their views.
Probably my favourite American band of the last 20 years. Would love them to try something like The Great Destroyer again but for me they've never done an album that dipped below 'pretty good'.
Can't agree with this at all, I think it's another great album from her. Especially Proof of Life.
Step is very good in the usual Vampire Weekend way, not sure what the hell to make of Diane Young yet but will hopefully grow on me.
I seriously doubt it, the first film didn't completely follow the bitterness of the comic's ending.
Really liked the first film, a lot better than the comic to be honest. Looking forward to this one, even with no Nic Cage chanelling Adam West this time.
With regards to the 'see how everyone turned out' wish, I always liked the one where Daria gets writer's block over an assignment Mr O'Neill gives her and eventually tells a story of a possible future for her and her family, which is really sweet and feels like a pretty realistic depiction of how things might end up…
'Where's the stalker?! I'll rip his eyes out!'
Pitchfork gave it a 7.6, hardly a C or B-
Spin and PopMatters both hated it, though they're Spin and PopMatters, so can be easily ignored.
They already made a Cowboy Bebop movie, it was called Serenity.
M. Ward is a musician last time I checked.
Because she was such a pain to beat in Final Fantasy IX.
