I was confused by Sean's "it's not clear whether he's disputing that he actually said those things". Then what is he disputing as libel?

hey, metric ain't my system.
oh yeah. whoops.
5 times the legal limit? Was she driving? I guess they just use the driving limit as a general measurement. Or does the UK have some sort of regular legal limit of booze you can consume while in your home? I'm guessing not.
me, too.
there are brilliant engineers, scientists and inventors in their 80s and philosophers as well. Betrand Russell for example.
for me, the movie was a depressing mess until that scene, and then, believably acted as that scene was, the movie got hysterically depressing. It went from miserable to oppressive in that scene.
I think he knows that no matter what happens on set he can just CGI shit over it later, so he's totally relaxed.
Peter Jackson. But then I think his King Kong is so great. Also, DePalma.
Dawn of the Dead is a great movie. Super entertaining and a great soundtrack.
original Fright Night got it right. And Return of the Living Dead, too.
it's well made, but dumb as hell and that hysterically overwrought dead kids scene is the worst thing in Scorsese's career.
yeah, he's the only thing great in that movie. Everyone else does their best, but the story and just everything else is not fun.
Noel, have you worked in movies at all? I used to and one of the things you notice is that it's incredibly demanding on the director, physically and even more so, mentally. I think as directors age it's near impossible to get that much energy every day.
Snake: Speak English fool, your face is confusing enough.
"It’s formulaic, but so smart about the formula that it supersedes it…" - huh? On second thought, don't correct it because if you're trying to say that Captain America is a smart movie you're wrong.
totally agree that Captain America is the better movie. There's much more story and I think Cap is a character the superhero audience can relate to. Having said that, I thought the movie was kinda dull overall. It just didn't have the big set pieces and dramatic action a war or superhero picture can have.
Naturally. Also, there's a zombie mariachi band in every episode.
I'm gonna put you on tha cornah and you gonna find the fuck out!
