Finally, someone else likes Paz de la Huerta. I think she's great in this. She really suits the period.

I disagree. It really helps to have drunk strength when digging graves in the middle of the night.
way late, but things I liked:
- George saying that Eli has a lot of kids. He only has 8 kids. Back then, that's a tiny family. They should shown a real Irish Catholic family from the 1920 with 25 kids.
- always love a room full of rich old men bragging about getting rich off of war. So American.
- naked Marie.
- that dog…
loved it
I only gave this a B instead of B- or lower because the zombie chase at the end was pretty fun. I actually fast forwarded past part of dialog because it is painful to watch.
Carrie as his favorite horror movie surprised me. It's an incredibly well-made and acted movie but it's not really scary at all. As much as I sympathize with Carrie, the movie doesn't get under my skin, have a sense of dread that I need to really enjoy a horror movie, or really stem from an idea that's super original…
yeah, there are classics that are hard to ignore. Dawn of the Dead is the greatest zombie movie so far and it's hard to leave it off any list of favs.
that's what happened to me and theater. I just stare at the lighting and set design and ignore the entire performance.
LOL
I got this:
first, drink an entire bottle of bourbon every day,
then join a carnival for a year, starting as a caretaker and working your way up to barker,
then get blamed for murder and go on the road for a year, mixing with hobos and hookers and booze until you forget your name,
then tie pots and pans to your arms…
I'm in the same boat, but I put the blame a little on him. There are other musicians' albums l've listened to just as much that haven't lost their impact.

y'know you don't go to Starbucks. You go to an indie coffee shop co-op with fair trade beans and dead stares from art school failures.
that's a cheap shot, I think. And not fair to Paul's singing or, um, JET!
"I think there's just one kind of folks. Folks."
hope she puts more effort into this performance. what a bad lay.
I saw copies at the Agricultural Fair.
Yes, her child carriage is ample. She would supply me with many progeny to tend my flocks.
